This page was one I've been looking forward to and dreading in the same moment.
Mostly the dread was due to the art needed to make this part to come off. The other was the "AWWWW" factor... Michael and Mandy's relationship is super special to me.
Growing up, most of my friends were boys without them being "boyfriends" - IE romantic interests. I was a Tomboy and didn't find much common ground with other girls my age (not to mention I was often more mature for my age than most). I grew up climbing trees making grass forts and catching lizards and slugs... So you can kinda see how I might find it easier to hang out with the boys.
I fully believe that kind of relationship is possible because I lived it.
So I was trying to capture the same feeling between these two.
